How can I study in Germany?

It can be very confusing for students to get all the information required before deciding to study in Germany. A. Study English taught Master program at Public universities in 10 Steps!

1. Get all the information you need for an informed decision making

3. Enrol in German language course or IELTS/PTE preparation


  • If you do not have the required German language and or IELTS test score, you are welcome to enrol in our language and test preparation courses. Once you have achieved the required scores in IELTS/PTE you are welcome to start your application process. Students applying for English taught master programs are encouraged to join our Standard/Online German courses in order to prepare themselves for their day to day life in Germany. 


4. Apply online or submit an application in-person for study in Germany

  • Upon your positive decision for studying in Germany, provided that you meet the entry requirements you can either send your application documents as scanned copy throgh email  for application processing if you are outside Kathmandu valley or visit us along with the application documents. 
  • You can pay the required application processing fees fees if required directly to our bank account or pay online through the online payment platform either using your debit/credit card or e-Sewa account.

6. Receive your admission

  • Once we have received your university admission, we shall start your application for study visa preparation. 

  • Pay the remaining service charge before visa application

6. Apply for your visa


  • Open up a blocked account upon arrival of your admission letter.
  • Book your appointment for visa application and submit your visa application on the day of your appointment.  
  • Provide required documents like financial evidence if asked by the German Embassy upon submission of your visa application.

7. Transfer funds to your blocked account


  • Apply for your No Objection letter
  • Transfer the first year living cost 10500 Euros to your blocked account

8. Collect your visa

  • Submit the travel Mediclaim insurance once asked by the German Embassy and receive your visa

9. Make travel arrangements

  • Book a flight and inform us of the travel dates so that we can arrange the airport pick up and accommodation for you if required. 


10. Start your studies


  • Arrive at the university, get enrolled and start your studies in the first semester Master degree studies. 

  • Start your studies in Master program in Germany.

B. Study English taught Master program at Private universities in Germany in 10 steps!

1. Counseling

  • Schedule an appointment for counseling and know all about requirements and take an informed Decision.
  • Program/University Selection Guidance 

2. Submission of Application documents

  • Submit your application documents and test report and pay the application fees if applicable


3. Admission/Test Interview
(if required)

  • Sit for an online test and or admission interview with a faculty member.

  • Upon successful application, receive the offer letter.

4. Learn German

  • Start learning German in order to find some part time jobs parallel to your university application processing 

5. Transfer of Tuition deposit


  • Get the No Objection letter from the Ministry of Education

  • Transfer the initial deposit required by the university for the issuance of the enrolment letters required for visa application

6. Apply for your visa


  • Open up a blocked account upon arrival of your admission letter.
  • Book your appointment for visa application and submit your visa application on the day of your appointment.  
  • Provide required documents like financial evidence if asked by the German Embassy upon submission of your visa application.

7. Transfer funds to your blocked account


  • Transfer the first year living cost to your blocked account and remaining tuition fees (if required by your program or university)


8. Collect your visa
